The great Flinders Street Station, reminds me of the Queen Victoria Building in Sydney.
As we were heading towards Arthurs Seat State Park we came across the Shrine of Remembrance, a memorial for those that served in World War I.
“This monument was erected by a grateful people to the honoured memory of the men and women of Victoria who served the empire in the great war of 1914”
One of four statue at the corners of the shrine representing peace, justice, patriotism and sacrifice.
